Preparing College, Career and Life-Ready Students.
Supporting Education, 21st Century Skills and Innovation.
21st century skills refer to the knowledge, life skills, career skills, habits, and traits that are critically important to student success in today’s world, particularly as students move on to college, the workforce, and adult life. Sprinkling Seeds Learning Paths (SSLP) believes these skills are critical to achieving college, career, and real-world success.
Here at SSLP, we understand that the base of learning academic knowledge includes additional skills such as Learning Skills, Life Skills, and overall Literacy Skills. Students begin their journey in acquiring these skills through our Mindshift Lab, Work/Life Lab, and Upskill Reading Program.
Mindshift Lab
Middle and High school years are an especially important time of transition when students establish themselves as young adult learners. Mindshift empowers youth with a growth mindset, so they understand that their potential truly is unlimited. They gain tools and strategies to learn self-regulation, brain-healthy habits, and how to set and achieve goals.
Work/Life Lab
Once learners start middle school, it’s time to get intentional about teaching future ready work/life skills to effectively transition into adulthood. The lab focuses on six of the National Youth in Transition Database (NYTD) categories.

Career Preparation
Health and Nutrition

Upskill Literacy and Learning Program
Our program is intentional, purposeful, engaging, and transformative. We carefully select, screen, and train our staff to follow our Upskill Literacy and Learning Program Approach for identifying each learner’s aptitudes and nurturing their abilities.
Our approach is grounded in the science of reading where we explicitly and systematically help learners with various literacy challenges and consider cognitive disorders that may contribute to those hurdles.
Though most students come already knowing how to read, we assist them in learning how to read and understand faster!
Services are free to families referred by the Harbor.
